Terms of Service

The service

SAM analyses the Instagram professional accounts you connect, produces an audit and a score, offers AI coaching (SAM Coach), analyses content you upload (SAM Studio) and helps you plan a content calendar. SAM is currently in beta: features may change, and the service is provided “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
• One account can hold several Instagram pages. If you connect pages that belong to other people or companies (for example, as an agency), you confirm that you are authorised to do so and to have them analysed by SAM.

Connecting Instagram

You connect your Instagram professional account through Facebook Login and can disconnect it at any time, from SAM (“My pages” → “Remove”) or in your Meta settings. You must comply with Meta's and Instagram's own terms and policies. SAM only reads data; it does not post on your behalf.

Acceptable use

• Do not use SAM for anything unlawful or to harm others.
• Do not try to access other accounts' data, disrupt the service, scrape it or reverse-engineer it.
• Do not upload content you have no right to use, or illegal content.

AI-generated content

SAM's scores, analyses and advice are generated by AI from your data and are provided for information. They may be inaccurate or incomplete, and SAM does not guarantee any result — such as reach, follower growth or sales. You remain responsible for what you publish and for your decisions.

Your content and our rights

You keep all rights to your content and data. You give SAM the limited right to process them solely to provide the service to you. SAM, its design, software and name belong to SAM and are protected by intellectual-property law.

Pricing

SAM is currently offered as a beta. If paid plans are introduced, they will be presented clearly, and you will never be charged without your explicit agreement.

Suspension and termination

You can deactivate your subscription at any time (“My pages” → “Deactivate my subscription”), and ask us to delete your account and data whenever you wish. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or endanger the service, and we may end the beta with reasonable notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SAM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the service, or from third-party services (such as Instagram or Meta) being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use SAM after a change means you accept it.
