Remove one Instagram page

1. Log in to your SAM account.
2. Under “My pages”, click “Remove” on the page you want to remove.
3. Confirm.

The page's data — synced posts and metrics, audits and score history, Studio analyses, calendar, Coach conversations and brand memory — and its stored access token are deleted immediately.

Delete your whole account

1. Message us on WhatsApp at +33 7 81 55 45 02 and tell us you want your account and all its data deleted.
2. Give us the email address of your account, so that we can confirm it is you.
3. We delete your account and everything attached to it, then confirm to you.

Deletion is done within 30 days at the latest, usually much faster, and cannot be undone. Your account, profile, sessions and the data of every connected page are deleted. You can then sign up again from scratch.

Just want to stop? Deactivate your subscription

In “My pages”, click “Deactivate my subscription”, answer two short questions and confirm. Your account is deactivated and you are signed out, but your data is kept so that you can come back by contacting us. This is not a deletion: to erase your data, use the section above.

Also revoke SAM's access on Meta

Deleting your data in SAM removes the access token we stored. To also remove the permission you granted to the SAM app, do this in Meta (menus may vary slightly depending on the version):

1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or “Apps and websites”).
2. Find “SAM Social AI Manager”, select it and click “Remove”.
3. On Instagram, open Settings → Apps and websites and remove SAM if it appears there.

What is deleted, and what may remain

• Deleted: account and profile, sessions, connected pages, stored access tokens, synced posts and metrics, audits and score history, Studio analyses, calendar, Coach conversations, brand memory and the feedback you gave when deactivating.
• May remain: operational counters (for example a number of AI tokens used) that are no longer linked to you.
